Vision 2070 is a platform created by the Future-Fit Foundation to share hopeful visions of a flourishing future for all. We’re incredibly grateful for every written piece, image, audio clip or video shared with us — and we want to make sure that everyone who contributes understands how their work will be used and what they’re agreeing to by submitting.

Please read these Terms of Submission carefully before sharing your vision. By submitting content via our platform, you agree to the following:

1. You own your content (or have the right to share it)

You confirm that:

• The vision you submit is your own original work, or you have clear permission from the rightful owner to share it.
• Your submission does not infringe any copyright, trademark, moral rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights belonging to any person or organisation.
• If your submission includes images, video, or audio featuring other identifiable people, you have obtained their consent to share this content publicly.

2. You keep ownership – but allow us to use your vision

You retain full copyright of anything you submit. However, by sharing your vision with us, you grant Future-Fit Foundation a:

Perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and promote your submission - in part or in full - in any format (digital or print), to help advance the mission of Vision 2070 and the Future-Fit Foundation.

This includes (but is not limited to) displaying your vision on our website, sharing it on social media, using it in reports, including it in presentations and promotional materials, or monetising it in any way.

Your vision may be featured or highlighted to inspire others and we will always aim to use it respectfully and in context.

3. You have the right to remove your vision from the Vision 2070 website

Having submitted a vision, you have the right to delete it from the Vision 2070 website at any time via the edit vision page of your account dashboard.

We cannot guarantee that visions deleted from the website will be removed from other uses, such as promotional materials. If you have reason to believe that your vision should not be used elsewhere, please email us at vision2070@futurefitbusiness.org and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues.

4. You’re responsible for your content

We are not responsible for checking the accuracy, legality or originality of any vision submitted. You are solely responsible for:  

• Ensuring your content does not contain anything offensive, defamatory, harmful or misleading  
• Respecting the privacy and rights of others mentioned in or featured in your submission

We reserve the right to remove or decline to publish any content that breaches these terms, the Vision Sharing Guidelines, or in our sole opinion goes against the values of Vision 2070.

5. Data protection and privacy

Any personal information you provide (such as your name, email or country) will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store and protect your data.

6. Minors and parental consent

If you are under 16, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission to submit a vision. By submitting, you confirm that this permission has been given.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Submission occasionally to reflect changes in the platform or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page.
